On 3/4/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Larueano arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of delivering findigs of the above mentioned allegation. LPA was greeted by Gabby Romero, Facility Director and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility both indoors and outdoors and observed 34 preschool children and 3 staff members providing care and supervision. Present during today’s inspection was assistant director N. Medina.

On 12/19/2024 LPAs Judy Laureano and Brittany Lovest arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of a complaint investigation. LPAs toured the facility both indoors and outdoors and observed 34 children and 3 staff members providing care and supervision. LPAs requested the children's roster, staff roster, name to face logs for December and sign in sheets. LPAs initiated children’s interviews and staff interviews.

On 3/4/2025 all investigative interviews were completed and LPA reviewed current staffing plan for the preschool program.

Based on investigative interviews, observation and documents reviewed, no information was disclosed that staff are operating over ratio. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
