25 | On 10/29/25, at 9:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan conducted an Unannounced Annual/Random inspection to the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and met with Licensee, Soledad Ramirez-Vega who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. Adults in the home were discussed and all have criminal record clearance. Also present were, Licensee’s Assistant and Son. There were 14 day care children present during today’s inspection. Licensee states that there are currently 19 children enrolled. The children's roster was reviewed and is current. Per licensee, the facility’s hours of operation are Monday - Friday, from 8AM - 5:30PM. Emergency Disaster Plan, License, and Parents’ Rights were posted at the time of inspection. Disaster drill log was also available during today’s inspection and the last disaster drill was conducted on 10/9/25.
This is a 2-story home which consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom, living room/dining room, kitchen, entry hallway, den/office, family room (main day care room), laundry room, driveway, back patio, detached garage, front yard and back yard. According to the Licensee, parents drop off and pick up their children by entering through the driveway and walking through the side gates, which leads to the back yard. Areas that are accessible to children are as follows: Family room (main day care room), bedroom 1 (day care activity room), bathroom 2, back patio and back yard/outdoor play area. The back yard has age appropriate toys. The living room/dining room room has a fireplace which has been screened to prevent access by children. Per Licensee, the fireplace will not be used. Per Licensee, off-limits areas are as follows: Front yard, detached garage, living room/dining room, kitchen, entry hallway, den/office, laundry room, bathroom 1 (which is located on the first floor) and the entire second floor, which contains bedrooms 2 through 4 and bathrooms 3 and 4. The off-limits rooms are made inaccessible by child proof door knobs/locks and child safety gates.
