On 06/17/2026, Licensing Program Analyst, LPA, Tyra Chavies conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit at Little Stars Learn and Play Center regarding the above mentioned allegations. LPA Chavies toured the facility and met with Licensee, Asma Siddiqui. There were 17 children being supervised and cared for by 2 staff members.

On 05/28/26- LPA Chavies received a copy of the Police Report from Torrance Police Department
On 04/23/26- LPA Chavies condcuted telephone interview with Behavioral Therapist and Behavioral Therapist Supervisor
On 04/22/26- LPA Chavies conducted telephone interview with Reporting Party and P#1
On 04/22/26- LPA Chavies conducted in person interviews with Licensee, S#1 and S#2
On 04/22/26- LPA Chavies conducted in person interview with C1
On 04/22/26- LPA Chavies requested Police Report from Torrance Police Department
