The center has a working telephone service for communicating.
Parents and authorized adults will sign in using an electronic application (Pro-Care). Applicant is reminded that sign in sheets shall be made readily available for review by the department, for a minimum of 30 days.

LPA observed age appropriate toys and furniture. There were toys provided and encouraged: Auditory stimulation, visual stimulation, tactile stimulation, manipulative skills
LPA observed a separate crib room with 7 cribs, applicant shall add emergency evacuation wheels to at least 2 cribs. Applicant is hereby advised to ensure form # LIC. 9227- Infant Sleeping Plan, to be added to the infants personal file. All service plans shall be adjusted according to child's needs.
