13 | On 7/01/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at the above mentioned facility for the purpose of delivering findings for complaint investigation. Upon arrival LPA met with Director, Candice Wong and toured the facility. LPA observed 8 children in care with 2 staff. LPA advised Director, the purpose of the inspection was due to a complaint received by the El Segundo Child Care Regional Office (ESCCRO).
During inspection, LPA toured the facility, completed observations, and interviewed parents.
Based on observation, record review, and interviews, there is no evidence to show that personal rights, physical plant, ratio, or license were violated. Therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur.
Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to Director, Candice Wong.
Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
