32 | LPA Clayton conducted a full investigation, which included facility visits, document review, conducted interviews with Licensee, and the parents of children in care. The parents interviewed stated that they are extremely satisfied with the care their children are receiving and also stated that prior to, the assessment was explained to them as a tool which allows the licensee and her staff to create an individualized curriculum tailored to the needs of the child.
Based on LPA Clayton's inspections, interviews, and record review the allegations that the Licensee did not obtain consent from parent for care provided to child are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Yuritzi Miranda. LPA Clayton posted a Notice of Site visit which is to remain posted for 30 days.
