On 08/11/2025, (Licensing Program Analyst) LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the complaint allegations. LPA Clayton was greeted by Director Telma Rojas. LPA observed 75 children being supervised and cared for by 14 fingerprint cleared staff.
LPA Clayton toured the CCC for a Health and Safety Inspection and observed children on the play yard and in their classrooms.

On 05/13/2025 ESCCRO received a complaint alleging the following:
• PERSONAL RIGHTS: Day care child sustained unexplained injuries
• PERSONAL RIGHTS: Staff did not safeguard day care child's personal belongings

On 05/20/2025 LPA Phillips conducted a tour of the facility, interviewed staff and obtained a copy of the personnel report and facility roster. At that time, the above allegations required further investigation.

On 08/07/2025, LPA Clayton toured the facility for a Health and Safety inspection and received a copy of the Child Care Facility roster, and a Personnel Report including staff contact information and other documents related to the complaint allegations. LPA Clayton also interviewed staff.

During today’s visit, LPA Clayton reviewed and received documents related to the complaint allegations and conducted parent interviews.

Based on LPA's inspections, interviews, and observations, the above-mentioned allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Telma Rojas and Executive Director Deidre Nordel.

LPA Clayton posted a Notice of Site visit which is to remain posted for 30 days.
