On 12/23/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Brittany Lovest conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering the findings on the above allegations. LPA entered the facility and was greeted by Director A.Washington and toured the facility. LPA observed 7 children with 4 staff members.

On 10/1/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittany Lovest conducted an unannounced initial 10-day complaint investigation regarding the above allegations. LPA was greeted by Director A. Washington. Owner, NDIDI DURUHESIE guided LPA Lovest on a tour of the facility.

LPA toured the facility both indoors and outdoors and observed 20 children in care with 4 staff members providing care and supervision. Facility is a single license facility that includes infant program and preschool.

LPA requested the following: children's roster, staff roster, copy of menu and parent handbook. Any documents not available during the inspections, Director agreed to email LPA.

LPA reviewed Facility Staff files and initiated staff interviews.

LPA interviewed parents and children.

On 12/23/2025 all investigative interviews were completed. Based on the information received and reviewed, LPA observation and interviews completed, no information was disclosed that Staff do not adequately supervise day care children in care, Unqualified staff are providing care and supervision to children in care, Staff are not ensuring that children with symptoms of illness are not accepted into care and the Facility is not providing an adequate amount of food to children in care. These allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur.

No deficiencies are being cited in accordance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety Codes.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, appeals rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and provided to A. Washington.
