On 8/9/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jillinda Chandler made an unannounced visit to 8577 Venice Blvd. Los Angeles, CA. 90034, for the purpose of delivering findings for complaint # 30-CC-20240614164219 - Unlicensed Care being provided. There were no children or day care activites observed during todays visit.
Based on observation and interviews during a visit conducted on 7/31/2024, the allegation was substantiated. Per Cristian Corona they were conducting a day camp that begain June 3, 2024 until current, which exceeds the 15 day requirement to be exempt. Per Health and Safety, section1596.80 Child day care facilities, licenses;
No person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation shall operate, establish, manage, conduct, or maintain a child day care facility in this state without a current valid license, therefor as provided in this act.
