On 10/10/2024 Centralized Application Bureau (CAB) Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Deborah Lowe and El Segundo Regional Office Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)s Ranita Richmond and Brittany Lovest made an announced visit to Redondo Beach Montessori School for the purpose of conducting a pre-licensing inspection to remeasure the young preschool and preschool indoor activity space. LPM and LPAs met with Mary Mallone (applicant), Evien Estrada (director), and Ken Ahn (architect).

First Pre-Licensing visit was conducted on 09/18/2024 by CAB LPA Jillinda Chandler. Applicant Mary Mallone has requested for the preschool indoor activity space to be remeasured. Applicant is requesting a total capacity of 122 of which 12 are toddler component ages 18 months – 36 months and 110 preschool component ages 2 years to entry into first grade. Toddler room was measured on 09/18/2024 and was sufficient to meet the requested capacity, this room will not be measured during today’s visit.

Preschool Classroom measurements are:

During today’s visit the Indoor total measurements contain a total of 3828.66 square feet, which will accommodate Applicant’s request for 110 preschool children.

An exit interview was conducted with the above items discussed and a copy of appeal rights and this report was provided to the Applicant Mary Mallone.
