32 | LPA Clayton conducted an investigation which included facility inspections, observations, and interviews. LPA Clayton interviewed staff who reported that the dog mentioned in the complaint allegations “had an accident” in the infant classroom, which was cleaned up immediately. LPA Clayton inspected the cleaning products used at the Center and observed cleaning solution of detergent and water, and bleach and water, as described in Title 22 Regulations.
Based on LPA’s observations and record review the allegations of Personal Rights are UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Evelina Sowa. LPA Clayton posted a Notice of Site visit which is to remain posted for 30 days.
