25 | On 12/12/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Clayton conducted an ANNOUNCED PRE-LICENSING INSPECTION with applicant Victoria Monsch and her 15 month old son Liam.
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:45am – 6pm. Applicant will provide breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and water.
The home was toured with the applicant for a health and safety inspection.
The facility sketch was reviewed, and LPA Clayton confirmed the single-family home consists of the following: living room/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fenced gated yard. There is an ADU with a different address in the back of the property.
The applicant has requested the following rooms be ON-LIMITS: Living/dining room (main day care room), bathroom #2, bedroom #2, bedroom #3 and the gated back yard. ISOLATION AREA will be in the living room.
The applicant has requested the OFF-LIMIT AREAS are as follows: kitchen, bedroom #1, bathroom #1.
The home is neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The home has a working phone and LPA Clayton confirmed the number is 424-944-6707.
LPA Clayton observed a fully stocked First Aid Kit, and a working smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector in the hallway, a working smoke detector in bedroom #2 and a working smoke detector in bedroom #3.
Per applicant there are no firearms in the home. Any poisons, detergents/cleaning compounds, medication and hazardous items that can pose a danger to children are inaccessible.
There are no pools, ponds or any other bodies of water on the premises.
