25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elsie Campos conducted an unannounced Case Management-Deficiencies inspection visit at the facility today due to deficiencies observed during the investigation of complaint control # 29-AS-20220415133828.
During today’s visit, at 10:20 a.m. the LPA observed two new staff at the facility. Staff #1 was on shift for the 2nd day and Staff #2 was in training. The LPA confirmed that both new staff were not associated to the facility. At 10:34 a.m., the LPA observed the knob on the kitchen stove to be missing, at the time of the visit the knob was located and placed back on. The administrator agreed to have the knob replaced as it appeared cracked to avoid it coming off again.
