13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ulysses Coronel initiated a Complaint Investigation visit and met with Yvette Lem, the administrator and the purpose of the visit was explained.
The investigation consisted of the following: During todays visit LPA interviewed resident R1 and administrator. LPA also reviewed R1's resident records.
The investigation revealed the following: During todays visit resident R1 stated that: "I never asked for the staffs help, I know they could not help me with renewing my state I.D.. The local DMV told me what I needed to do. " This agency has investigated the complaint alleging "Facility failed to meet residents needs." We have found that the complaint was unfounded, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without reasonable basis. We have therefore dismissed the complaint.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided. |
