Licensee stated it took longer than expected because Licensee had to review documentation to make sure she could release the information. Documents were not provided within the 2 day required period.
Based on record review and interviews conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
