On 06/12/2024, at 9:40 A.M. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joselito L. Del Mundo conducted a follow up complaint inspection to Henry Family Child Care. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with licensee, Elorine Henry, and was granted access to the facility. LPA observed 1 child present in the facility. The investigation consisted of interviews with the licensee, children, parents, and a review of relevant documents.

During the investigation, LPA conducted interview with the licensee and other related parties. Based on the confidential interviews, supporting documents, and evidence gathered, it was determined that the allegation: Provider's conduct poses a risk to day care children could not be corroborated. The confidential interviews revealed that there were no children being inappropriately discipline while in care.
