25 | On 03/08/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega conducted an unannounced annual Random inspection. The LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry by Licensee who guided the LPA on a tour of the home. Upon entry to the home LPA observed six children in care and one staff providing care and supervision.
This is a one-story family with a detached car garage(separated from children's play area), a pool with jacuzzi(5 feet metal white fence, self-latching gate -swings away from pool). There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, four restroom, and side wooden porch with barbecue grill(gated), and back room with City permit(same address). This back room with permit is utilize for day care referred to as the play house. Main care is provided in both the main home and the back room referred to as the children’s play areas. Room #1 in the main home is utilized for activities and napping. Licensee utilizes cots and cribs for infants during nap time. The off-limits areas are the two bedrooms #2 and #3 (maintained locked), one restroom (in the master bedroom #3), side wooden porch barbecue grill area (gated), the detached car garage maintained locked, and pool with jacuzzi(5 feet metal white metal bar gate around(pool is visible), and gate is self-latching away from the pool, meeting Title 22 regulations.
