13 | On 10/06/2022, Licensing Program Analysts(LPAs) Andrew Alemoh and Justeene Tamayo conducted an unannounced, initial 10 day complaint investigation at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Licensee Susann Wingert. LPAs observed 3 preschool children and 1 infant on the premises, along with assistant #1, assistant #2, and the licensee.
The investigation consisted of interviews with staff, children, and other complaint relevant parties including the review of supportive documentation. It was alleged the facility is unsanitary. During initial walk through of the facility, LPAs did not observe the facility to be unsanitary. LPAs observed the animals on the premises to be fully barricaded outside of the home away from the children. The children enrolled do not commingle with the outdoor animals. Licensee provided LPAs with documentation proving the animals outdoors are emotional support animals.
