25 | On Friday, July 3, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Evelyn Garcia conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with licensee Seda Yeghiazaryan who guided LPA Garcia on a tour of the facility. During the visit, there were no children present at the facility, as the licensee was closed for the holiday weekend. This is a large family childcare home. The childcare hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 am. This is a one-story house with 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, living room, family room, and kitchen. Main care is provided in the family room area (back of home). Adults living in the home have been discussed and are fingerprinted and cleared. The children eat in the family room area. There are no bodies of water on the premises.
Areas off limits are the living room, bedrooms #2-3, bathroom #2, kitchen, and front yard. Areas accessible to the children are the family room (back of home), bathroom inside bedroom #1, located next to the family room, back yard for outdoor play. The children and parent’s use the backdoor located in the backyard for arrival and departure.
LPA Garcia inspected the facility for safety, comfort, cleanliness, ventilation and working phone (cell phone). For ventilation, LPA Garcia observed central AC and the vents located on the ceiling. LPA observed the furniture, children’s materials, to be in good condition and age appropriate. The dual smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were observed in the ceiling of the main day care room. Licensee tested the dual smoke and carbon monoxide detector. LPA heard the sounds and is operable. Fire extinguisher was purchased after inspection last year on 8/2025. LPA reminded licensee the purchase receipt must be kept and taped to the fire extinguisher and is to be replaced or served annually.
