25 | On March, 18, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Evelyn Garcia conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with licensee, Liana Izadzhanyan who gave LPA Garcia a tour of the facility. There were 5 children in care (1 infant, 3 preschool aged, 1 school aged) during the inspection. Operating hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm. Residing in the home is licensee, 2 minor children, and licensees mother in law and father in law. All adults have been fingerprinted and cleared. This facility is a single-story home that consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, kitchen, living room, kitchen, and front yard, detached- garage, front yard and backyard fenced. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. There is an in ground swimming pool with a jacuzzi on this premises.
Areas off limits to children include- 3 bedrooms (hallway), 1 bathroom, kitchen, back yard, attached garage, left side of the home. Areas on limits for the children include, 1 bedroom (left), family room (back), 1 bathroom (hallway), front yard fenced.
LPA Garcia inspected the facility for safety, comfort, cleanliness, ventilation and working phone (cell phone). For ventilation, LPA Garcia observed central A/C and observed vents on the ceiling. LPA observed the furniture, children’s materials, to be in good condition and age appropriate. LPA observed the children to have storage space to place belongings. Licensee stated naptime takes place in the main daycare area (family room, back).
LPA Garcia observed cleaning compounds stored in the bathroom cabinet, secured with a safety latch, making it inaccessible to the children. For drinking water, licensee stated she provides filtered water for drinking water. Licensee currently does participate in a food program.
