25 | On 11/05/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega conducted an unannounced prelicensing inspection for the purpose of a relocation Family Childcare Home (FCCH) of 14 children. LPA was greeted by licensee who guided the LPA on a tour of the Family Child Care Home. Upon arrival LPA did not observed children in care.
Licensee will operate Monday through Friday: from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The Licensee will continue to provide breakfast, snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner as needed.
This is a one-story family home which consist of five bedrooms, four restrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, attached garage, front and back yard. The ADU with permit will be the primary location in which care is provided (referred to as the “Day Care area”). Children will utilize the bathroom located by the ADU with permit. The off-limit areas include all five bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room in the attached garage (maintained key locked), and the back yard (sound alert alarms on all windows. There is an over-ground pool off limits and separate from home’s main entrance. |
