13 | On 3/3/26 the complaint investigation report dated 2/23/2026, has been amended to update the information concerning the disclosures made. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Evelyn Garcia conducted a subsequent unannounced complaint inspection and met with licensee for the purpose of delivering findings of the above allegations. Upon arrival LPA observed 4 children present and 2 adults providing care and supervision. All adults were finerprinted and cleared. The investigation included attempted interviews with children, interviews with staff, and other relevant individuals. Through interviews and observation it was revealed that the children are redirected when having difficulty, the childen are spoken to appropriately and the childen are encouraged to pick up their own toys and after meals times. Based on the information gathered through interviews and observations, the allegations are unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
