On May 22, 2024, at 9:10 A.M., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joselito L. Del Mundo met with the School Manager (SM), Lea Briseno, to conduct an unannounced One Year Required inspection for the School Age license. LPA spoke with the School Manager Briseno and stated the purpose of the visit. School Manager stated that the director is currently not at the office and contacted Director Latasha Mauldin. Soon after, Director Mauldin came to the office and tour the LPA on classrooms where the school age program is conducted. The program is conducted in the Village room, and the Transitional Kindergarten (TK) room. The school age program also has an outdoor play area. Per School Manager Briseno. the Village room is currently being used by ILEAD Lancaster school children are conducting test and is being used as testing room. Per School Manager Briseno, the room will be available only after 4:00 P.M. LPA was not able to conduct physical inspection of the areas. Per Director, the program has five School-age teachers. LPA Del Mundo told Director Mauldin that LPA will also review Director’s and teacher’s files. LPA will continue the annual inspection at 4:00 P.M.

A copy of this report, Notice of Site Visit, and appeal rights were provide to School Manager, Lea Briseno.
