Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maddox met with Director, Kyle Thornton and Administrator Vanessa Thornton for the purpose of conducting a plan of correction inspection to clear citations issued on 5/25/2023. During this inspection LPA viewed staff files again and noticed files now contain transcripts and Health screenings. Citations are now cleared as a result of this inspection.
