32 | On May 6, 2026, LPA toured all six classrooms and inspected the small toys kept inside Classroom #3 and Classroom #4 and based on interviews, if toys are broken they are removed and replaced and based on observation, LPA did not observe any toys or equipment in disrepair in the two classrooms therefore, there is not enough evidence to corroborate with Allegation #2- Staff does not ensure facility toys are in good repair. Although the allegation(s) may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did occur, therefore the two above allegation(s) are unsubstantiated.
There are no deficiencies cited during this inspection.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read, and a Notice of Site Visit, was given to Angelee Oster, director at the facility. A Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for thirty (30) consecutive days. Failure to maintain the posting may result in $100 civil penalty. |
