On May 6, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Calloway made an unannounced inspection to the above facility. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver findings regarding the above allegations. LPA met with Angelee Oster the facility director as the representative who granted access. LPA toured the facility with the representative and observed fifty-three preschool children and ten staff in care. LPA observed the child/teacher ratios to be compliant.

On March 25, 2026, LPAs conducted an inspection and observed the child/teacher ratios to be compliant and toured six classrooms and did not observe any safety hazards. During the investigation, LPA conducted confidential interviews with all relevant parties involved. Based on interviews and record review there were children that sustained injuries while inside the classroom and on the play yard for Allegation #1- Staff does not provide adequate supervision resulting in day care child sustaining injuries; there is not enough evidence to corroborate with the allegation that staff were not providing supervision when the injuries occurred.

On May 6, 2026, LPA toured all six classrooms and inspected the small toys kept inside Classroom #3 and Classroom #4 and based on interviews, if toys are broken they are removed and replaced and based on observation, LPA did not observe any toys or equipment in disrepair in the two classrooms therefore, there is not enough evidence to corroborate with Allegation #2- Staff does not ensure facility toys are in good repair. Although the allegation(s) may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did occur, therefore the two above allegation(s) are unsubstantiated.

There are no deficiencies cited during this inspection.

An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read, and a Notice of Site Visit, was given to Angelee Oster, director at the facility. A Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for thirty (30) consecutive days. Failure to maintain the posting may result in $100 civil penalty.
