13 | On April 30, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Calloway made an unannounced inspection to the above facility and met with Michelle Rodriguez, acting director as the representative who granted access. The purpose of the visit was to deliver findings regarding the above allegation. At 4:50 PM, LPA and the representative toured the facility and observed fifty-five (55) preschool day care children and nine staff in care and four classrooms.
During the investigation, LPA conducted confidential interviews with all relevant parties involved. Based on interviews and record review LPA obtained evidence to corroborate the allegation that from March 16, 2026 until March 18, 2026, the day care center was operating out of ratio during the morning hours. On March 16, 2026, there were fourteen children alone with one staff in Preschool 2A classroom and thirteen children alone with one staff in Preschool #2 classroom. On March 17, 2026, there were thirteen children alone with one staff in Preschool #1C. On March 18, 2026, there were thirteen children alone with one staff in Preschool #2B classroom and fifteen children alone with one staff in Preschool 1A classroom. |
