On 07/29/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Barbara Beneroso conducted a subsequent complaint investigation to deliver the findings of the above allegation. LPA met with Jessie Saenz who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Upon arrival LPA did not observe any children in care.

The investigation of the above allegation consisted of staff, children interviews and LPA’s observations. On 05/13/22, LPA did not observe infant and toddlers at the facility. Staff denied the facility provides services to infants and toddlers. Children interviewed disclosed they have not seen infants in care.

Based on the preponderance of the evidence, the above allegation has been deemed to be unsubstantiated at this time.

An exit interview was conducted with the director and a copy of this report was provided along with the appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit.
