32 | · Providers must check on sleeping infants every 15 minutes and document their condition to check for signs of distress, which includes, but is not limited to labored breathing, flushed skin color, increase in body temperature, and restlessness.
· Each infant, up to 12 months of age, must have an Individual on file, which will document the infant’s sleeping habits, usual sleep environment, and the infant’s rolling abilities.
Sign-in and Out Procedure: Center will utilize an electronic (Hi Momma) sign in and out procedure, center has the capability of producing hard copies if needed.
HEALTH RELATED SERVICES:
Medications will be kept in a locked box (front office area). A refrigerator shall be used to store any medication that requires refrigeration.
Center has a developed plan to implement and to record the administration of prescription medication and to inform the child's authorized representative daily when such medications have been given.
LPA observed fully equipped first aid kits in each classroom. The Carbon Monoxide detector is integrated within the fire system.
Incidental Medical Services was discussed.
