On January 8, 2025, at 9:10 A.M., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joselito L. Del Mundo conducted a follow up complaint inspection to Pure & Simple Academy. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with the director, Jovita Herrera and was granted access to the facility. During this visit, LPA observed 27 children in total (Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) with 5 staff providing care supervision.

The investigation consisted of interviews with the director, staff, parents, and a review of relevant documents. LPA also received and reviewed copies of the facility children roster and employee roster.

Based on the confidential interviews with relevant parties, supporting documents, and LPA observation, there were not enough evidence to validate that the licensee allowed uncleared adult(s) to work in the presence of day care children.
