Chart and Infants Needs and Services Plan.
Children are inspected for illnesses (wellness policy) as they arrive. Children were checked with regard to their body temperature.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. Per Director Nataly Aguirre, none of the infants and toddlers are needing medications except when a child has diaper rash. Per director Natalie, they use cream for diaper rashes. LPA reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. Food Service: There is a clean microwave, refrigerators, and freezers available in the facility. During this visit, LPA observed milk stored inside the refrigerator, and infant formulas for infants and toddlers.
Staff/Personnel Records: Director (qualified) qualifications were verified, Designation of Responsibility observed, immunization's, TB clearance for staff, health screening, criminal record statement, statement acknowledging suspected child abuse and mandated reporter were observed in file. Staff #2 was advised to take the in-person CPR/First Aid training either through the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or any Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) approved/accredited training centers.
Facility Records: Roster, fire/disaster drills log was last completed on June 30, 2025, at 10:30 A.M. CPR/First Aid and mandated report training were reviewed and are on file.
Posting Requirements: Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty. The following were observed posted as required: facility license, Personal Rights (LIC613A), Parent’s Rights Poster (PUB 394), emergency disaster plan, earthquake preparedness checklist.
