25 | On 06/10/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted. Upon arrival LPA Long was greeted by licensee, Maria Perez. LPA observed 1 caregiver and 4 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM.
This is a single story house containing living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a detached garage.
The day care takes place in the living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and rear yard.
Per Licensee, there are 1 adults living in the home (Licensee). The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergent, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to child are stored where they are inaccessible to children. LPA observed working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher, and working land line and cellular telephone. There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensee has current First Aid and CPR, expires 03/23/26. Outdoor play areas are fenced. Mats and play yards were observed. Licensee provides snacks, breakfast and lunch to the children in care.
