On March 4, 2025, at 12:15p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Silvia Olmos. There are 5 children enrolled, and 4 children present at the time of inspection. The hours of operation are Monday- Friday from 6:00am-5:00pm. All adults in the home were discussed and background and fingerprinted cleared. License, earthquake disaster checklist (LIC9148), disaster plan, and PUB 394 posted. The Licensee does have a current disaster log drill with the date of 1/2/25. The Licensee does have current LIC 9040 (facility roster).
This is a one-story home which consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen area, two dining rooms, two living rooms, a front yard, backyard (fenced), and a detached garage. The off-limit areas include three bedrooms, one bathroom, the kitchen area, one dining room, one living room, front yard, and detached garage. HVAC system.
There is a baby gate that separates the main care area from off limits area. In the main care area LPA observed sleeping cots, stored, 2 rolling cribs, couch, mounted TV, area rug, reading area, dramatic play area, manipulative items, soft furnishings, cubbies for children belongings, changing station, and age-appropriate chairs and tables.
LPA Dunlap observed the bathroom an operable toilet and sink. There are no cabinets or drawers located in the bathroom area.
