13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran arrived at the above licensed facility to conduct an unannounced subsequent complaint inspection for the purpose of concluding the investigation of the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Center Director, Liane D'Arezzo. LPA observed proper care and supervision.
LPA conducted interview with staff and children. Based upon the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation through interviews, record review, and observation, the evidence does not support, nor disprove the above allegation of facility children's restroom are in disrepair. All the children's restroom are functional and clean. Children's restrooms observed to be in a safe condition and well maintained. Children were always supervised during restroom usage. Therefore, the allegations have been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
There will be no deficiencies cited today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
