13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering the findings for the above complaint allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with the Center Director Liane D'Arezzo.
During today's visit, LPA conducted interviews with staff and others. Based upon the evidence obtained through interviews and record reviews, the evidence does not support, nor disprove neglected care and supervision allegations happened at school. Although, record reveal multiple minor incidents occurred with C1 while in school. The staff contends there was no lack of care or supervision because teachers provided proper care and supervision and observed the incident occur. On 3/6/25, around 3:50PM there were 7 children with 2 staff. While children were playing at the table with another staff, S1 quickly vacuumed the dirty carpet before transitioning the children. Therefore, the allegation has been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Liane D'Arezzo.
