13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) T. Tran arrived at the facility for the purpose of delivering the finding of the above complaint allegations. Upon arrival, LPA met with Cristina Hinojosa, Center Director.
Based on the available interviews conducted with facility staff, parents, children, and local law enforcement. IB Investigator P. Zertuche concluded the allegation of neglect/lack of supervision was unsubstantiated due to no witnesses observed the incident. LPA conducted a full investigation for personal rights allegations and none of the interviews party indicated that staff yelled at children in care. Staff did not observe the alleged child has any injuries or bruises while in care. Parents shared they have no concerns to the level of care and supervision. To ensure proper care and supervision, facility have been consistenly uploading photo images of teacher/children interactions and activities on the Brightwheel App. for parents to view. After reviewing the full investigation of the above complaint allegations, the Licensing Department has evaluated the evidence and thereby confirmed all above allegations has been determined to be unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. A copy of this report was provided to the noted person and an exit interview was conducted.
