On 04/28/2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Mary Silva conducted an unannounced annual required inspection at the above facility. Licensing staff met with Licensee Maribel Ramirez to whom the reason for the inspection was explained. There were six children present. Per licensee sixteen children are currently enrolled ranging from 2 years old-11 years old. Facility capacity is in compliance for a Large Family Child Care Home. Hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 5:00 AM - 3:00 AM. Licensee provides overnight care. The Entrance Checklist LIC 126, was provided to the Licensee during this visit.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, large daycare room, attached garage, front yard, enclosed front patio, side yard and fenced backyard. Currently residing in the home are two adults (criminal record clearance on file) and no minor children. There was a total of 4 adults present during this inspection: License, licensee’s spouse, and two assistants.
Areas accessible to children were inspected as follows: Daycare room next to the kitchen, one bathroom located in the day care room and fenced back yard.
Areas off limits include: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, attached garage, front yard, enclosed front patio, and side yard.
LPA observed the following required posted documentation in the entry of the facility: Facility License, Publication (PUB) 394- Notification of Parent Rights and Licensing Form (LIC) 9148- Earthquake Preparedness form. LPA reviewed facility records for LIC 9040- Facility Roster, LIC 610- Facility Disaster Plan. LPA observed disaster drill conducted on 04/10/2026. Page 1 of 4
