25 | On 01/15/25, at 12:00 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shushanik Safaryan conducted an annual random inspection to the above facility. LPA met with Licensee, Ingrid Rodriguez , to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 11 children currently enrolled. There were 11 children present upon arrival. Licensee`s daughter and son were present too .The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 4 adults and no children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home located on the first level which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, converted garage in the backyard (play area), front yard and back yard (fenced). The children use the living room, 1 bathroom in the main house, detached converted garage (daycare area), and fenced backyard yard area. Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include: 2 bedrooms and front yard. Parents enter to the facility through back alley from Victory and Lake which leads to the backyard.
During this visit, all areas identified that are accessible for children to use were inspected for the safety, comfort, and cleanliness. At 12:00 pm , Licensee guided LPA to the tour of the home. LPA was toured starting from the main entrance which led directly to the living room , where LPA observed 11 napping children . LPA observed 3 infants napping in pack n plays and seven children on mats . Next LPA toured the kitchen and observed sharp items and cleaning supplies stored high inaccessible to the children .
