25 | A RANDOM INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN SPANISH On February 18, 2026 at 8:45 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Angelica Rodriguez who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. The licensee’s 2 assistants were also present during the inspection. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Per licensee, there are 16 children enrolled and LPA observed 1 infant and 5 preschool aged children in care.
Family members residing in the home are 3 adults who obtain criminal record clearance and 2 minor children. This is a duplex property and the home is the second dwelling. This is a two-story home which consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, attached converted garage (main daycare room) which includes a kitchenette and napping area, front and backyard (fenced).
Off limit areas to children and parents are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room.
Areas accessible to the children and parents, attached converted garage (main daycare room), the bathroom in the main daycare area and backyard which are fenced.
At 9:00 am LPA was guided on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents enter through the front gate of the home which leads them to the back yard and then the main daycare area. Upon entrance to the daycare room, LPA observed multiple age-appropriate toys for children in care, tables, chairs and all required licensing postings. LPA also observed children’s cubbies to store their personal belongings. LPA then observed and took a picture of an empty infant swing.
