| Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Mary Silva conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to insure the 4 Type B deficiencies cited on 07/09/2024 have been cleared. LPA met with licensee Linda Aguilera, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were two children present during this inspection- 1 being infants. The following was observed:
- Sleep log documentation for both infants enrolled.
- Current CPR certification for licensee and assistant.
- Current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate (AB1207) for Licensee and assistant.
- LIC 282 Affidavit/Liability Insurance and LIC 995A Notification of Parents Rights was missing for child #1, child #2 & child #3.
- Immunization records were missing for child #1, child #2 & child #3
LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations, and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov
Based on the LPA observations and records review, the following deficiencies listed on the attached LIC 809D (deficiency page) are being cited in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Deficiencies that are being cited need to be cleared to protect the children’s health & safety.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
