25 | On July 14, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Lin Law who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 4 children in care. Per licensee there are 10 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 6:30PM.
This is a two-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, living room, dinning area, kitchen and fenced in front yard. Area's accessible to children in care is the the living room, dinning area, bedroom #1, bathroom #1 and front yard (the first floor). The entire second floor is off limits, there is a door that remains locked at all times to ensure the children do not have access to the second floor. LPA observed napping equipment for children in care in bedroom #1 (crib and mats). Per licensee there are not pets, LPA did not observe any. Per licensee there are no bodies of water, LPA did not observe any.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. LPA was unable to observe a functioning Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide as children were napping. LPA observed a working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Per licensee there are no bodies of water on the premises. LPA did not observe firearms or bodies of water at the time of inspection.
