25 | On May 9, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Anna De Tone who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPAs observed 9 child in care. Also present in the home was licensee's assistant who is fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility. Per licensee there are 11 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7AM to 6PM. Inspection was conducted in Spanish.
This is a one-story home which consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms, living room (FIREPLACE: inaccessible), dining room, office room, kitchen, family room (playroom), garage (activity space) and back and side yards (fenced). Areas accessible to children include bathroom in the hallway, dining room, 1 bedroom, family room, side yard and garage (activity room) for play. Areas off limits to children and parents include 1 bedroom, ½ bathroom, kitchen, and back yard (fenced). Per licensee, family members residing in the home are 2 adults and 0 minors. Licensee stated there are no pets on the premises. LPA observed napping equipment for children in care in bedroom #2 (mats/playpen), children nap in the living room. LPA did not observe any bodies of water; per licensee there are none.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch and snacks. LPA observed a functioning Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide and working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
