13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above mentioned facility on 04/30/26 at 12:00 PM. LPA was met by Director, Monica Gonzalez, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 12 staff members and 89 children in care. The center's pre-school license has a toddler component. The physical plant of the center was observed to be in good repair.
The purpose of this visit is to deliver findings to the above mentioned allegation. During the course of this investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed records, and made observations. The reporting party was unable to be reached during this investigation. Individuals interviewed were unable to corroborate the above allegation. Individuals indicated that children that show difficult behavior throw tantrums and do not listen to instructions given by teachers. Individuals interviewed state that teachers use redirection as a form of discipline. Individuals state that children are often physical with the teachers rather than other children in the classroom. Individuals interviwed stated that they do not have any concerns with how teachers treat children or how other children treat children.
