25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) R. Derraco conducted a case management visit to the above mentioned facility on 11/15/22. LPA arrived at the facility at 2:00 PM and was met by Lead Teacher Erika Triplett, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Also present during this visit was S2. There was one child in care upon arrival. The purpose of this visit was to observe corrections to citations that were issued during an annual inspection on 10/14/22. LPA observed the facility to be clean and in good repair. Per lead teacher, classroom Miracles is currently off limits due to re-model.
During the inspection:
-LPA observed completed sign in and sign out sheets with the full signature of the authorized representative dropping off and picking up their respective children.
-LPA observed no expired items in the refrigerator or kitchen
-LPA observed the outdoor activity space to free of any hazards
-LPA observed that facility association list is up to date with clearances for each individual.
-LPA observed that disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items were inaccessible to children in care
-LPA observed disaster drill log - last drill conducted: fire drill 06/2022
No deficiencies will be cited today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
