25 | At 9:10 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Amparo Moreno, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee is primarily Spanish speaking. Licensee’s daughter/assistant was also present and available to translate for LPA and Licensee when needed. Per Licensee, there are 12 children currently enrolled. There were five children present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that two adults and no children currently live in the home. Per Licensee, there is one assistant in the facility. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
The facility is the back house of two homes with separate addresses that share a driveway. This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, daycare room/classroom, front yard (fenced) and backyard (fenced). Daycare areas include: Nap Room located in one bedroom, one bathroom in the hallway by the naproom, living room, dining room, daycare room/classroom, outdoor fenced front yard, and 2 side yards. Per Licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include: One bedroom, one master bedroom, one master bathroom (located in Licensee's bedroom), kitchen, and back yard (fenced).
Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this visit, all areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were toured and inspected and the following was
