32 | The outdoor area has rubber mat area where the slide structure. There are age appropriate toys, and bikes. There is a water igloo outside for children to access during outdoor play. There is a shade structure where picnic tables are. LPA’s observed all furniture and equipment to be in good condition, free of sharp, not loose, or pointed parts.
Napping cots are stored in Classroom #1 and children nap in Classroom #1.
LPA's observed a fire extinguisher with 10/11/24.
Staff Files were not available for review during inspection as they are located at the main office.

Criminal Record Clearance - Child Care Centers Site Supervisor- Laura Perez was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
