25 | On 6/12/24 at 3:00 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Claudia Kam completed review of court documents, police reports, videos and pictures of prior incidents reported to the police. Licensee was caring for 5 children at time of visit.
Based on observation, and record reviewed, the licensee has reported that there have been incidents between the neighbors and parents however she has made an effort to educate her parents to avoid confrontation. LPA has reviewed a letter issued to parents on July 28, 2022. It appears that the licensee has taken steps to avoid future incidents. Licensee has reported that she will send another letter and forward a copy to the department. In addition licensee will develop a pick up and drop off schedule/plan of action and submit to the department.
Based on the available information it does not appear this incident was the result of a Title 22 violation for lack of care and supervision or personal rights.
No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Gisela Ibarra. |
