25 | On December 19, 2025 at 9:10 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Hasmik Vardanyan who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee there are no children currently enrolled at the facility and LPA observed 0 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Family members residing in the home are 1 adult who obtain criminal record clearance. This is a single-story house with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, front yard, backyard (fenced), and detached garage.
Off limit areas are kitchen, backyard yard and detached garage
Areas accessible to children in care are the living room (play area), dining area, bedroom 1 (napping room), bathroom 1.
At 9:25 am the licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents enter through the front door of the home which leads them to the living room. Upon entrance to the living and dining room, LPA observed multiple age-appropriate toys and a couch for children in care. Licensee then guided LPA to the hallway to inspect bedroom 1 and the bathroom. In bedroom 1 LPA observed napping equipment in the form of cots. Per licensee, when children attend, the facility washes the bedding weekly. The bathroom was then inspected and was clean, orderly. LPA did not observe any hazardous materials that could pose a danger to children in care. LPA did observe a children safety gate that is preventing access to the kitchen area. All areas were observed to be clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated.
