13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), T. Tran and A. Carter arrived at the above licensed facility to conduct an unannounced subsequent complaint inspection for the purpose of concluding the investigation of the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Director, Bianca Sigala. who provided LPAs the tour of the facility. LPAs observed proper care and supervision, and ratio.
Based upon the evidence obtained during the course of the investigation through interviews and observation, the evidence does not support, nor disprove the above allegation of children were left unattended without the qualified teacher supervision. During the interviews, no one had any concerns that children were left unattended when the janitors were here cleaning the facility. Therefore, the allegation has been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
No deficiency was cited at this time. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
