25 | On February 5, 2026 at 11:45 am Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Liana Danielyan who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. The licensee’s 2 assistants were also present during the inspection. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Per licensee, there are 11 children enrolled and LPA observed 6 children in care.
Family members residing in the home are 2 adults who obtain criminal record clearance and 3 minor children. This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, day care kitchen, main kitchen, dining room, living room, daycare room (den), front and backyard (fenced)
Off limit areas to children and parents are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, day care kitchen, main kitchen, living room, and dining room.
Areas accessible to the children and parents are the day care room (den), 1 bedroom, the bathroom near the den, and backyard which are fenced.
At 12:00 pm LPA was guided on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents enter through the front gate of the home and then are led to the daycare room. Upon entrance to the daycare room, LPA observed multiple age-appropriate toys for children in care and all required licensing postings. LPA also observed children cubbies to store their personal belongings. LPA then inspected the open bedroom that is right next to the day care room and observed more toys and napping equipment. Napping equipment was observed in the form of cots. Bedding was inspected for appropriate storage and cleanliness.
