25 | On September 16, 2025, at 9:20a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Angela Williams. There are 6 children enrolled, and 1 child present at the time of inspection. The hours of operation are Monday- Friday from 6:30a.m.-6:00p.m. All adults in the home were discussed and background and fingerprinted cleared.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, detached garage, fenced front yard and fenced back yard.
Off limits areas: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and the kitchen area.
The License, Earthquake Disaster Checklist (LIC9148), Disaster Plan (LIC610A), and PUB 394 (Parent's Rights) were all observed to be posted. The Licensee maintains a current LIC 9040 (facility roster). The most recent disaster drill was conducted on July 14, 2025, and documented in the disaster drill log.
Living Room/Dining Room: This area has hardwood floors with area rugs throughout the room, sectional couches, and mounted TV. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition.
Bedroom 1: This area has hardwood floors with area rugs throughout the room, and soft foam mats. There is a mounted TV. There are designated areas for dramatic play, science area, math area, language arts, manipulative items, cozy furnishings, age-appropriate toys, and age-appropriate chairs & tables. The cots are stored here, and children nap here also. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition. Page 1 of 5
